Shipping & Returns

Ordering information:
You can order through our online store, per email order@straightwear.de or by telephone +49 203 455 79 39. You can reach us between 10 am in the morning till 7 pm in the evening. You can leave us a message if we can't answer the telephone. Please leave your name and phonenumber, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
 

Payment information within the EU:

Direct Debit
We debit the amount to be paid from your bank account. This method of payment is possible only from the third order.

Payment information outside the EU and oversea:

Please notice that we have to charge you the paypal fees when ordering by paypal!
 

Minimum Order
No minimum order required – only buy what you need! 

If you are in Germany and want to drop you are always welcomed. We don't run a regular shop, just an online mailorder only. Just to make sure that someone is here get in contact with us first by mail or give us a call.


Shipping
All packages are shipped with DPD within Germany, we shipp with DHL to foreign countries.


Custom & tax charges International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. STRAIGHTWEAR has no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling fees.
